"Saving Koalas for Tomorrow"

Rustle

Rustle is a mature koala, who resides in Adelaide’s foothills. He is well known in his community as the big old koala at the bus stop. Rustle sometimes struggles in the summer, and arrives in the front garden of some of KOALA RESCUE’s members, knowing they will set up a portable mister to keep him cool and provide dishes of water for him to drink. He was recently treated successfully for chlamydia, and he has been released back into the wild. He is a friendly and gentle 10 year old koala, who is known for his loud bellowing song.

You can adopt a koala like Rustle today from $10/month (cancel any time). You will receive an adoption certificate, a photograph of Rustle and updates of what we’ve been doing at KOALA RESCUE Inc and koala facts via a twice yearly supporters' newsletter.
