Byron

Byron required rescuing after being reported crossing extremely busy roads in the Northern suburbs. He had been abandoned by his mother and after an unsuccessful search for his mum, he needed to receive vet assessment and come into care. Byron weighed only 3.4kgs and it became necessary for him to receive regular supplementary marsupial milk formula feeds. Male joeys remain in care until they are 5kgs and approximately 18 months.
